About Brent Hamker:
After spending half a decade in North East Ohio’s most working gypsy jazz band Mustache Yourself!, local rising jazz guitar star Brent Hamker is bringing his trio for a night of Jazz Manouche. The trio, rounded out by world class clarinetist Brad Wagner (CJO, Pulse, Dan Bruce Beta Collective) and Bassist Tim Lekan (Alba Trio, Ernie Krivda), will take you through an evening of gypsy jazz with an emphasis on the music of Django Reinhardt, and American standard classics rich with artistry, fiery improvisation, and driving swing.
